Data and privacy
This private workspace analyzes the account owner's authorized Instagram and YouTube accounts. YouTube connection uses Google OAuth with read-only YouTube and YouTube Analytics permissions. It cannot publish, delete videos, or post YouTube comments.
Stored data includes aggregate performance reports, the connected channel's public video metadata, and encrypted Google authorization tokens. YouTube viewer identities and Google passwords are not collected. Instagram recipient, comment, and event identifiers are retained for reply controls; full incoming message bodies are not stored. Reports are accessible only after signing in to the dashboard.
A dashboard session cookie keeps you signed in. A short-lived authorization cookie binds the Google connection flow to your browser. These cookies are used for access and security, not advertising.
Public video resources are refreshed or removed after 30 days. Historical authorized aggregate reports are retained within the application's bounded archive while authorization remains valid. You can export your reports for your own analysis.
Use Disconnect & delete reports in YouTube analytics to delete the locally stored YouTube reports and tokens immediately and request Google revocation. Google revocation can remove associated permissions for the configured Google project. If revocation cannot be confirmed, remove the connection through Google account permissions.
